Communications Intern: Congregational Publicity
We're looking for people who want to develop their communication skills and gain professional experience in a church environment. In addition to mentorship and professional development, these interns will manage publicity for a Soma congregation.
Soma Internship Program
As we look to the future, we are convinced that holistic leadership development is a key component to vital, long-term city renewal. Therefore, one of our core priorities as a church is to release a movement of self-aware servants for the church and city. One important stream of leadership development is our Internship Program, which serves to expose, equip, and assess aspiring leaders within the context of the local church.
Current internship offerings include (but may not be limited to):
- Pastoral ministry
- Soma Kids (kids' ministry)
- Operations: finances, legal
Please read through the internship packet before applying.
1. Fill out the application by May 26
Applications for the summer internship are due May 26. Year-long internships and church planting residency applications are received throughout the year based on availability.

After you have finished the application, please have one or two ministry references complete the recommendation form found online. If you currently attend Soma, the reference must come from a Soma member or leader.
