Reweaving the Fabric of our City
Soma Church seeks to share the message and mercy of Jesus Christ through a faithful presence in our community. We establish collaborations with like-minded churches, organizations, and institutions to build flourishing communities in the greater Indianapolis area for the glory of God.
That’s the vision of Community Development. Below is a list of our current partners; you can email them directly if you’re interested in getting involved with them, or you can find out which MCs partner with which organization from Megan.
Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity
Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity seeks to put God's love into action by bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope. Habitat in Indy has partnered with more than 500 families locally and 350 families in Central America to offer a "hand up, not a hand-out". This is done in partnership with families who receive education on breaking the cycle of poverty, build their own homes and have a 0% mortgage.

Urban Young Life at Arsenal Tech
Urban Young Life exists to connect urban teenagers to their Father in heaven; to help them discover who they are created to be and what their purpose is. We do this by always pointing teens to Christ and following the example of His incarnation: we go where the kids are, develop relationships based on unconditional love, and, in so doing, win the right to be heard.
